Our primary location for sessions is conducted at Orchard Central, but our trainers can also accommodate sessions at various gyms across Singapore or conduct them at your home, condominium, or a nearby park, offering flexibility to cater to your convenience.
What is the recommended number of times that I should train a week? +
While we typically recommend training 2-3 times a week, it’s worth noting that some clients have achieved positive results by training just once a week depending on their goals. The frequency of training sessions can vary depending on individual goals and circumstances. It’s essential to discuss your specific objectives with your trainer to determine the most suitable training frequency for you.
Can I still train if I have old injuries? +
Yes you can! We tailor each workout plan to the individual. Our team also includes a physiotherapist and sports masseuse who can provide valuable assistance for more serious ailments.
